More Is Possible

Introducing: Terminal AI

Every business wants more. More customers. More growth. More output. More time for the work that really matters. More capacity to pursue the ideas that never seem to make it off the list.

For the last few years, AI has come with the promise that more is possible. And increasingly, there’s evidence that it is. Recent research from BCG found that nearly nine in ten CEOs are already seeing cost or revenue benefits from AI in targeted areas. The technology is starting to deliver real business value.

But those gains aren’t evenly distributed. The companies furthest ahead have enormous resources: dedicated AI teams, scarce technical talent, expensive consultants, and the ability to experiment across dozens of initiatives at once. That may work for the Fortune 500. It leaves millions of other businesses behind.

For those businesses, ambition isn’t the problem. Their leaders know where their teams are stretched, which workflows are broken, what their customers want, and which opportunities they would pursue if they had the capacity. They don’t need to be convinced that AI matters. They need a practical way to put it to work.

That’s why we’re launching Terminal AI.

Terminal AI gives companies a team of AI builders to turn those opportunities into working systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineers work alongside customers to understand how the work actually gets done and where AI can create the most leverage. Then, together with our AI engineers, they build the agents, automations, integrations, and applications to make it real.

To bring this vision to life, we’ve acquired Stationed AI, an AI deployment firm founded by Ja’dan Johnson, who is joining us as GM and Head of Terminal AI. Ja’dan brings deep experience translating AI’s capabilities into practical business solutions, along with a team and approach built around delivering real outcomes for customers.

The combination is a natural one. Stationed AI brings the expertise to identify, build, and deploy AI solutions. Terminal brings the global talent platform, engineering network, and infrastructure to scale that capability across hundreds of customers.

Our customers know their business. We know AI. Together, we can move from

“AI should be able to do this”

“AI is doing this”

— in weeks, not quarters.

In many ways, Terminal has spent years building the infrastructure for this moment. We built our company around the belief that exceptional technical talent exists everywhere, but accessing and deploying it is unnecessarily difficult. Today, we find and evaluate AI-fluent engineers around the world, employ them across 180+ countries, and rapidly assemble teams around our customers’ most important needs.

AI changes what those teams can accomplish, but the underlying challenge is familiar. Models are getting more capable and accessible every month. What remains scarce are people who can understand a business, see where AI can change how work gets done, and actually build and deploy the solution. Finding those people, assembling the right teams, and putting them to work quickly is what Terminal has always done.

“People who can understand a business, see where AI can change how work gets done, and actually build and deploy the solution.”

AI should give companies leverage that used to be reserved for businesses with far greater resources. More capacity without simply adding more people. More room to grow. More time for the work that actually deserves it.

That’s the promise that drew us to AI in the first place. And now that the technology is beginning to deliver on it, our job is to make sure that promise is within reach for far more businesses.

Because ambition has never been the scarce resource. Capacity has.

You already want more. Now, more is possible with Terminal AI.
