Founding AI/ML Engineer

Help shape an engineering organization capable of repeatedly delivering sophisticated AI systems without sacrificing speed or quality. Build customer solutions and reusable infrastructure while defining technical standards, architecture, and developer experience. This role offers early ownership and long-term influence.

• Architect and build production AI and ML applications.
• Create reusable orchestration, retrieval, integration, and evaluation components.
• Establish practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, and code quality.
• Solve technically complex customer problems.
• Prototype emerging techniques and assess production readiness.
• Improve developer tooling, templates, and automation.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.

• Deep experience building and operating production software.
• Strong Python and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Experience with LLM applications, data systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, security, and performance.
• Strong architecture judgment under ambiguity.
• Track record of owning challenging work end to end.
• Interest in shaping the way a growing engineering team works.
