• Strong portfolio of product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Experience designing and shipping sophisticated products.
• Figma and modern prototyping proficiency.
• Ability to simplify without hiding important complexity.
• Accessibility, responsive design, and design systems understanding.
• Curiosity about AI agents and emerging interfaces.
• Comfort collaborating directly with engineers and customers.
