• Experience in strategic operations, consulting, startups, or technology.
• Track record leading ambiguous cross-functional projects.
• Excellent structured thinking, writing, and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with technical detail and executive-level decisions.
• Sound commercial and financial judgment.
• Ability to work with founders and senior operators.
• Strong ownership and execution without heavy supervision.
